This story is told in two similar yet very different ways so we decided to tell both our sides of the story...

Emma's point of view...

It was early October, I believe it was October 5th to be exact. I don't know what had gotten into me that day but I happened to be feeling really happy and social that day. Which if you know me I am not the biggest social butterfly when I can help it. I had been transferred up to Dick's Sporting Goods in Camp Hill right by Messiah. It was a good job but by no means my favorite place to be. But I was trying to make good impressions. I was a manager of the register and I had gotten a call by the mall registers to come help with a customer situation. Mitch had been working at one of the registers and I saw him as I came by. I handled the situation with the one customer and helped clear the line up but then I turned around to introduce myself. I just remember saying hi and talking with him. He hung around the registers and made up excuses to stay there. It wasn't a long conversation but I just remember thinking that he was really cute and sweet. During that time though, I had no intentions of dating and thought nothing of it except for something harmless.... boy I was wrong on that front. Eventually we ended up working a long shift together and we talked and laughed all shift. By the end he gave me his contact info, "incase I needed shift coverage". I texted him almost immediately and the rest is history.
